AI-WOLVES USER AGREEMENT (TERMS OF SERVICE)
Effective Date: June 1st, 2025
Welcome to AI-WOLVES, an AI-powered multiplayer social deduction game developed by Ideatrix Cogn AI Lab. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the AI-WOLVES game application, services, and related systems (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering for an account, accessing, or using AI-WOLVES, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use AI-WOLVES.
1. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 12 years of age (or older if required by your jurisdiction). If you are under the legal age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements.
2. Account Registration
When signing up for AI-WOLVES, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. License to Use the Game
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
4. User Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Impersonate another user or AI
- Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Interfere with other users’ experiences or game integrity
- Reverse engineer or modify any aspect of the game or platform
We may suspend or terminate your access for any behavior that violates these guidelines.
5. Virtual Currency
You may receive or purchase virtual game coins for use within AI-WOLVES. Virtual items are not redeemable for real-world money and remain the property of Ideatrix Cogn AI Lab. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items at any time without liability.
6. Data Collection and Analytics
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that AI-WOLVES collects and analyzes user behavior data for the purposes of improving game performance, enhancing AI functionality, monitoring user engagement, and informing future design. This may include:
- In-game decisions and voting behavior
- Communication with AI players (text or voice)
- Session length, role selections, win/loss statistics
- Interaction patterns with different AI agent types
- Usage of features like voice input/output
- Technical diagnostics (e.g., crash logs, performance data)
This data is collected in aggregated and/or anonymized form where possible, and may be used for both academic and commercial research related to multi-agent systems, social reasoning, and player experience optimization.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not record or store raw voice data unless explicitly stated and consented to in future features.
7. Privacy and Security
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle personal data. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Intellectual Property
All game content, including AI models, artwork, sounds, game logic, and software architecture, is owned by Ideatrix Cogn AI Lab. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We are not liable for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform will immediately cease.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event will Ideatrix Cogn AI Lab be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By creating an account and continuing to use AI-WOLVES, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement.
